Demolition Wheel

Firstly, use a Phillips screwdriver to loosen the screws that secure the pulsator in the tub. Then, apply even force on both sides of the pulsator to pull the pulsator off the clutch. Some pulsators are more difficult to disassemble, patiently. You also can make your own tools. Using a steel wire to bend two 90-degree hooks, insert them into the edge of the pulsator, or insert them into the holes at the edge of the pulsator, and pull the pulsator out of the clutch with a uniform upward force. If it is still very tight, you can try it with boiling water.

Remove the Nut

After the pulsator is pulled down, you will see the large nut of the fixed dewatering bucket in the middle of the clutch. You can use a large wrench or a 36/38mm sleeve, rotating the nut counterclockwise.

It’s more hard to screw some nuts.Be patiently. One point, there is a flat washer under the large nut which should be taken out behind the large nut is removed. If the new clutch without a flat washer, don't forget to install it when installing the new clutch.

Remove the Bottom Screw

Lie down the washing machine and remove the belt. If the belt is too tight, you can remove the two fixing screws of the big motor. At the bottom of the washing machine, use a socket wrench to remove the fixing screws of the clutch.

Observe Carefully and keep in mind the location of the clutch's “laundry/dehydration” shift lever installation.Because it still needs to be installed in the old position.

Disassemble the Clutch

After the clutch fixing screws are all removed, the clutch can be disassembled. The washing machine should be set up, and knocked hardly the thin shaft of the intermediate clutch of the dewatering bucket. This is the most difficult thing so that many people give up. because the washing machine has been using a long time. The clutch and the dewatering bucket have become tight fit. Clean the surrounding scale, garbage carefully. You also can spray a little loose rust agent, and then find a suitable wooden stick to hold the middle of the clutch of the thin shaft. Use the hammer to knock hardly the clutch off the washing tub.Don't feel bad about the washing machine.

Install the clutch

After the broken clutch is removed, wipe the six-hole hole of the dewatering bucket and clean it. You can install the new clutch. If do it reverse order, carefully install the clutch as usual, the screws and nuts must be tighten tightly. The large nut of the fixed dewatering bucket must be tightened with the clutch, if not,it will be easy to loosen, causing serious noise in the dewatering bucket, or the dewatering bucket is unbalanced. Hit the balance bar of the washing machine so that the washing machine cannot be dehydrated properly.
