In the last article, we have learned about the four common failure analysis of fully automatic washing machines. Today Alice will analyze the remaining five common faults for everyone. I hope that this article can help you when repairing the washing machine.
The 5th Fault:When Washing, The Motor Runs Normally in the Forward and Reverse Directions.
The Pulsator Can Only Reverse in One Direction but Cannot Rotate Forward.
This fault is caused by the deformation of the clutch pawl fork or the adjustment screw being screwed too deep, so that the pawl working position cannot be in place. As a result, the washing shaft and the dewatering shaft not being separated in the washing state.
When the working position of the clutch pawl is not in position, the square wire clutch spring cannot be dialed. Both of the washing shaft and the dewatering shaft are held by the clutch spring, and the dewatering shaft is gripped by the brake belt in the washing state. When the clutch pulley rotates clockwise, it cannot drive the pulsator to rotate. When the clutch pulley reverses in the counterclockwise direction, it is the clutch square wire clutch spring rotation direction, which separates the washing shaft and the dewatering shaft; the clutch torsion spring is tightened, and the dewatering shaft is still held by the brake belt. The wheel can be rotated in the opposite direction.
Adjust the adjusting screw appropriately so that the gap between the pawl fork and the brake lever is within the normal range. If the pawl fork is deformed and damaged, the pawl fork can be repaired and corrected. In severe cases, the pawl fork should be replaced to solve the problem. .
The 6th Fault:Draining Speed is Slow.
This failure is generally caused by the drain valve not being fully opened or the drain line being poor.
The 7th Fault:Drainage is not Clean.
This fault is generally caused by poor performance of the water pressure switch or air leakage in the air line, so that the air pressure in the air collection chamber becomes smaller. When the water level in the water tank has not dropped to the specified position, the water pressure switch contacts act in advance. So that the total The drainage time is shortened, resulting in a malfunction of unclean drainage.
Just try to find the air line leak and use 401 glue sealant. If the water pressure switch is damaged, should be replaced the water pressure switch.
The 8th Fault:Braking Time is Too Long After Dehydration
The faulty brake belt cannot hold the dehydration shaft brake wheel, which reduces the brake friction.
The 9th fault:When Dehydrating, the Dewatering Bucket Has a Large Vibration Noise.
